Q> Are Behemoth and Leviathan which are written in the book of Job literal animals?

Job 40:15
Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

Job 41:1
Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou
lettest down?

Behemoth is described as being a land dwelling type animal of immense size. Leviathan is
described as an awesome sea dwelling type animal. The first two things that are realized,
is that Leviathan is of the sea, and Behemoth is of the land.

When God is describing Behemoth, God is not describing an animal as commonly understood.
Behemoth represents the land (crust) of the earth. Behemoth is the greatest land-like animal there
is. When Behemoth (crust of the earth) moves (earthquake), it is as if everything upon land is
riding upon Behemoth’s back. An earthquake symbolizes Behemoth moving, as Behemoth is
not an animal of flesh and blood, but is the layered structure of the earth (land).

In Job.40:15, God stated to the man Job, that Behemoth was made with Job. Job lived just
after the flood of Noah, therefore God was saying that Behemoth (land which quakes and
opens up) was made to happen after the flood of Noah.

There were no earthquakes (Behemoth moving) prior to Noah’s flood, as the land mass was
in one place (covering six parts of the earth’s surface), and the sea was gathered in one place
(covering one part of the earth’s surface). It was only after the flood of Noah that Behemoth:
the earth quaking, ground-splitting animal (so called) was created. Only the sword (Word)
of God can destroy Behemoth (rock foundation beneath the grass and trees).

Job.40:19
He (Behemoth) is the chief ofthe ways of God: he (God) that made him (earthquakes
and ground opening) can make his SWORD (God’s Word) to approach unto him.

God’s Word can make Behemoth (earth’s crust) open its mouth (ground opens) or
close its mouth (ground closes).

Num.16:32
And the earth (Behemoth) opened her mouth, and swallowed them (rebellious) up,

Num.16:33
They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth
(Behemoth) closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

Behemoth (crust of the earth) can drink up the whole river of Jordan into its mouth,
see Job 40:23. There is no animal of flesh and bone that can take the whole river
Jordan into its mouth. The only thing that can drink the river Jordan into its mouth,
is the earth. When the earth (Behemoth) opens its mouth, then the river Jordan shall
descend down into it.

Job 40:23
Behold, he (she: Behemoth; the earth) drinketh up a river, and hasteth not:
he (she: Behemoth) trusteth that he (she: Behemoth) can draw up Jordan
into his (her) mouth (the earth opens her mouth).

Rev.12:16
And the earth (Behemoth) helped the woman, and the EARTH OPENED HER
MOUTH (Sixth Seal earthquake, see Rev.6:12), and SWALLOWED UP THE
FLOOD (symbolizing false doctrine) which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

The physical crust of the earth, which quakes and opens up, is Behemoth. The lamb-like
Beast of Rev.13:11 is a type of Behemoth, though it is symbolical and not literal. The
lamb-like Beast came up out of the earth (Behemoth); therefore it is likened unto
Behemoth.

Rev.13:11
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the EARTH (Behemoth); and he had
two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

The lamb-like Beast (Great Christian Nation) is one of the seven heads which received a
wound by the Man-child’s sword (two sided scroll). Only the sword (Word) of God can
approach the lamb-like Beast, just as only the sword can approach (defeat) Behemoth.

Rev.13:3
And I saw ONE (Great Christian Nation; type of Behemoth) of his (seven headed Beast)
heads as it were WOUNDED TO DEATH (with the two edge sword of God);

Rev.13:14
…that they (rebellious) should make an image to the beast, which had the
WOUND BY A SWORD (two sided scroll), and did live.

Job 40:19
He (she: Behemoth; earth’s crust) is the chief of the ways of God: he (God) that
made him (her: Behemoth) can make his SWORD (Word of God) to approach unto him.

Leviathan (who is of the sea) is described in chapter forty-one in the book of Job as an
awesome creature. When God is describing Leviathan, God is describing the sea itself.
Leviathan is none other than the great sea. To be on a ship when Leviathan (sea) stirs up
its waves, is the most frightening experience (equal to the frightening earthquakes of
Behemoth) a person can experience.

Job 41:9
Behold, the hope of him (person) is in vain: shall not one (a person) be cast down
even at the sight of him (the great sea when it is angry)?

The sea (Leviathan) is a formidable animal; it can not be tamed or destroyed. The strength
of the sea (Leviathan) is beyond imagination. The sea (Leviathan) is always alive, always
moving, as its heart (life force) is likened unto a millstone in comparison to a normal heart.

Job.41:24
His (Leviathan: sea) heart (life force) is as firm as a stone; yea, as hard as a piece
of the nether millstone.

The sea (Leviathan) creates great waves of awesome strength, where if even the mighty of
persons should witness Leviathan (great sea) become terribly angry (great waves of troubled
waters) they would purify themselves through fear.

Job 41:25
When he (Leviathan) raiseth up (great waves of water) himself, the mighty are
afraid: by reason of breakings they purify themselves.

There are no weapons formed by mankind that can hurt Leviathan (great sea). The sea
(Leviathan) is a terrible creature, which cannot be controlled or tamed. The teeth (jagged
rocks) of Leviathan (great sea) are terrible. Many a ship and people, have been devoured
by the teeth (coastline rocks) of the great sea (Leviathan).

Job 41:14
Who can open the doors of his (great sea) face? his (Leviathan’s) teeth(coastline
jagged rocks) are terrible round about.

Leviathan being the sea has volcanic rocks, and islands, which sneeze out smoke and
boiling hot lava. At night, the volcanic eruptions cause a light to shine. The sea has islands
with volcanic eruptions that make it, as it were, a fire breathing dragon (Leviathan). There
are volcanic activities around coastlines of oceans, as well as islands that are or were
volcanoes. These volcanoes that spue great lava and smoke are the eyes, nostrils and
mouth of Leviathan (sea).

The awesome sea has facial characteristics: its teeth are the jagged rocks of the coastline,
and there is fire (lava) within its mouth. Out of the sea’s nostrils (volcanoes) comes smoke,
and the eyes of the sea are like bright lights, being lava filled volcanoes.

Job 41:18
By his (sea) neesings a light (lava) doth shine, and his (Leviathan) eyes are like the
eyelids of the morning (bright and fiery).

Job 41:19
Out of his (sea) mouth go burning lamps(volcanic islands), and sparks of fire leap
out (eruptions).

Job 41:20
Out of his (sea) nostrils (volcanoes) goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot or caldron.

Job 41:21
His (Leviathan; sea) breath kindleth coals (hot rocks), and a flame (lava)
goeth out (erupts) of his mouth.

The physical sea, which creates great waves and turbulent waters, and volcanic islands that
erupt, with coastlines of jagged rocks, are describing Leviathan. The seven headed Beast in
Rev.13:1 is a type of Leviathan, though it is symbolical and not literal. The seven headed
ten-horned Beast came up out of the sea (Leviathan); therefore it is likened to Leviathan.

Rev.13:1
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the SEA (Leviathan),
having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads
the name of blasphemy.

There is none that can stand and subdue the awesome sea (Leviathan). The sea is a terrible
and formidable foe when it is angry (violent tidal waves). The same application is true with
the seven headed ten-horned Beast of Rev.13:1. There is no nation that can stand before
the might of the seven headed ten-horned Beast, typifying the awesome strength of
Leviathan (sea).

Rev.13:4
And they (rebellious Christians) worshipped the dragon (Satan) which gave power
unto the beast (type of Leviathan): and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is
like unto the beast (type of Leviathan)? WHO IS ABLE TO MAKE WAR WITH HIM?

Job 41:10
NONE IS SO FIERCE THAT DARE STIR HIM (Leviathan: sea) UP: who then is
able to stand beforeme (God)?

Only God’s sword (two sided scroll) can subdue Leviathan (sea) and Behemoth (rock
foundation of land). The seven heads upon the Beast of Babylon can only be wounded
with the sword (God’s Word) of God. The Beast of Babylon shall become meat for the
redeemed to devour at the Sixth Seal.

Ps.74:14
Thou (God’s Word) brakest the heads (seven heads) of leviathan (the seven headed ten
horned Beast of Rev.13:1) in pieces, and gavest him (Beast of Babylon) to be MEAT
(food) to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

Rev.19:17
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the
fowls (redeemed) thatfly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together
unto the SUPPER (spiritually eat Leviathan) of the great God;

Rev.19:18
That ye (redeemed) may eat (consume; spiritually eat; literally destroy) the flesh (goods)
of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses,
and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small
and great.

Rev.17:16
And the ten horns (nations of the Great Multitude) which thou sawest upon the beast,
these (redeemed) shall (at the Sixth Seal) hate the whore (Great Christian Nation), and
shall make her desolate (on her own) and naked (no defenses), and shall eat her flesh
(destroy her buildings, houses, streets), and burn her with fire (lake of fire).

At the time of the Sixth Seal (great and dreadful day of God’s fierce wrath) the Babylonian
seven-headed Beast shall be destroyed according to the written Word (sword) of God. The
seven headed ten horned Beast is a type of Leviathan, who is a crooked (deceiving) and
piercing (hypnotic) Beast. The seven headed Beast of Babylon (Christendom) is a deceptive
(crooked) and hypnotic (piercing) religio/political man made system (Beast).

Is.27:1
In that day (great and dreadful day of the Lord) the LORD with his sore and great
and strong sword (as it is written in the two sided scroll: two edge sword) shall punish
leviathan (seven headed Beast of latter day Babylon) the piercing (hypnotizing) serpent,
and he (God’s right hand) shall slay (with his sword) the dragon that is in the sea
(peoples, see Rev.17:15).

Rev.19:15
And out of his (Michael’s) mouth (according to the Word) goetha sharp sword
(two edge scroll), that with it (fulfilling the written prophecies) he should smite
the nations (seven headed Beast: Leviathan): and he shall rule them (rebellious)
with a rod of iron: (Iron sword; God’s Word) and he treadeth the winepress of
the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God (at the Sixth Seal).
