Q> Where is latter day Egypt represented in prophecy, and what signifies the beginning and ending of latter day Egypts reign?
A>Rev.17:10
And there are seven
kings (kingdoms):
five (1.old Egypt, 2.old Babylon,
3.Medo/Persia,
4.Grecia, 5.latter day Egypt) are
fallen (past away), and one is
(latter day Babylon before
the wound), and the other
(latter day Babylon healing from the wound) is not yet come
(period of the wound); and
when he cometh (latter day Babylon healed
from the wound),
he must continue a short
space (1,260 days/42 months).
The last kingdom that is now reigning prior to the kingdom of
God reigning, is the kingdom
of latter day Babylon. The Babylonian Beast of Rev.13:1 received
a wound upon its head
on April 19, 1993 by the Man-childs Rod (sword) of Iron
(Word of God), see Rev.13:3.
The wounding of the Babylonian Beast caused a division among the
people and nations of
united Babylon (Christendom).
On April 19, 1993 one head (Great Christian Nation) of the
Babylonian seven headed Beast
received its first wound. After the head of the Babylonian Beast
healed, it is now continuing for
42 months (1,260 days), see Rev.13:5. At the end of 42 months
(1,260 days) Gods Kingdom
will begin to reign in power and great glory, being the time of
the Sixth Seal, see Rev.6:12-17.
At the Sixth Seal Gods Kingdom shall inflict a second and
final blow upon Babylon
(Christendom).
Rev.14:8
And there followed
another angel (message), saying, BABYLON IS FALLEN
(received
its first wound on April 19, 1993), IS
FALLEN (receives its second wound at the
Sixth Seal),
Now it is clear that latter day Babylon (Christendom) is the
last kingdom to reign before Gods
Kingdom. When we read in scripture of the last kingdom of man
being overthrown by Gods
Kingdom, then it is evident the last kingdom of man is titled
Babylon. To find out which kingdom
had reigned prior to latter day Babylon reigning, one must
understand the past types.
Since God is using the title of old BABYLON in naming the last
kingdom of man, even though
today there is no literal place named Babylon existing, this
means that God is naming latter day
prophetic events according to the types and names of the past.
The latter day Babylonian Beast
(united Christian nations and nations with them) of Rev.13:1 is
described and made up of all the
past kingdoms which once reigned over old Jerusalem.
Rev.13:2
And the beast
(latter day Babylon: Christendom) which
I saw was like unto a leopard
(Grecia and divided Grecia), and
his feet were as the feet of a bear
(Medo/Persia),
and his mouth as the mouth
of a lion (old Babylon): and the dragon
(Egypt) gave
him (latter day
Babylon) his power,
and his seat, and great authority.
In Rev.13:2 the kingdoms (beasts) which reigned over
Jerusalem in the past are in reverse
order, as they are shown as: Grecia (leopard), Medo/Persia
(bear), old Babylon (lion).
Therefore the Kingdom which reigned over Jerusalem in the past
before old Babylon,
represents the dragon which gave its power, seat and great
authority to the latter day
Beast of Babylon. The kingdom which ruled Jerusalem in the past
before old Babylon,
was the kingdom of old Egypt.
Egypt Reigns Over Jerusalem
2Kin.23:34
And Pharaoh-nechoh made
Eliakim the son of Josiah king in the room of Josiah his
father, and turned his name to JEHOIAKIM
(king of Judah), and took
Jehoahaz away:
and he came to Egypt, and died there.
Babylon Reigns Over Jerusalem
2Kin.24:1
In his days
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and JEHOIAKIM(king
of Judah)
became his servant three
years: then he turned and rebelled against him.
Egypt reigned before Babylon reigned, as seen in 2Kin.23:34
where Pharaoh made Jehoiakim
ruler in Jerusalem and Judah. Thereafter Babylon in 2Kin.24:1
took over the reign of Jerusalem
and Judah from Egypt. Egypt was described as a great dragon which
lieth in the waters, because
of Egypts great strength as a nation in those days.
Eze.29:3
Speak, and say, Thus
saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of
Egypt, the great DRAGON that lieth in the midst of his rivers,
which hath said, My river
is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
Egypt is described as a dragon, therefore the Babylonian Beast
which was described by a
leopard (Grecia), bear (Medo/Persia), lion (old Babylon) and
dragon (latter day Egypt),
means that the dragon listed in Rev.13:2 came before the latter
day Babylonian Beast of
Rev.13:1. The reason why the dragon that is listed in Rev.13:2 is
latter day Egypt and not
old Egypt, is because the beasts mentioned in Rev.13:2 are in
reverse order from the
description given in Dan.7:4-7.
In the past, the kingdoms which ruled Jerusalem were: old
Egypt (dragon), Babylon (lion),
Medo/Persia (bear), Grecia and divided Grecia (leopard). Divided
Grecia (whom Rome is
a part of) continues until latter day Egypt (dragon) begins
toreign. Latter day Egypt (dragon)
began its reign when the Great Christian Nation became
independent, marking the beginning
of the latter day Egyptian Beast who reigned prior to the latter
day Babylonian Beast. Therefore
from the time of the Great Christian Nations independence
until the Man-child (latter day Lamb)
revealed the Seven Seals Scroll (born of the spirit), was the
time when latter day Egypt reigned.
The latter day Egyptian Beast is identical in features with
the latter day Babylonian Beast of
Rev.13:1, except the Beast of Egypt has NO CROWNS upon its horns.
The crowned horns
upon the Babylonian Beast of Rev.13:1 means that the nations have
united together by rejecting
the Revelation of the Seven Seals Scroll which was revealed by
the Man-child and is now
revealed again by the Chosen Vessel with the Remaining Bride. The
ten horns upon the
Babylonian Beast are crowned, showing they are reigning for one
symbolical hour with
Babylon, see Rev.17:12.
Before the Man-child (latter day Lamb) was spiritually born
(revealing the Seven Seals Scroll),
the latter day Beast of Egypt was reigning, see Rev.12:4. The
dragon mentioned in Rev.12:4
represents the governments of man upon the earth, and the earthly
dragons heavenly image
(reflection) was seen in heaven in Rev.12:3 having NO CROWNS upon
its horns. This means
that the dragon upon the earth (nations of man) in Rev.12:4
(which reigned prior to the Man-child
being spiritually born in Rev.12:5) is a reflection (image) of
the heavenly dragon (Satan) which
had no crowns upon its horns.
Therefore it is understood that the dragon mentioned in
Rev.12:4 standing before the earthly
woman (words of the Holy Spirit) is the latter day Egyptian Beast
with seven heads and ten
crowns, yet NO CROWNS upon its horns. When the Man-child (latter
day Lamb) revealed
the Seven Seals Scroll (being spiritually born from the Word of
God), latter day Egypt became
united Babylon, as the ten horns (nations) began their reign with
the seven heads (seven leading
Christian nations). The reign of Babylon (confusion) began when
all nations of the earth rejected
the Seven Seals Revelation. Upon the ten horns of the Babylonian
(Christian) Beast in Rev.13:1
is written the name of Blasphemy, since they rejected the Present
Truth (Seven Seals) knowledge,
and instead have an Abomination (false beliefs) written in their
foreheads (minds: spiritual temples).
The image (statue) which Nebuchadnezzar saw in his dream in
Dan.2:31 was of a woman
whose brightness (glorious; spiritual light of the world) and
form (body) was terrible (awesomely
beautiful). The awesome beauty of the image (statue) which
Nebuchadnezzar dreamed of,
represented the symbolical woman: Jerusalem. The statue (woman:
Jerusalem) was made of
different metals, as each metal symbolized a kingdom which ruled
over Jerusalem for a season.
At the time the vision was given to Nebuchadnezzar (king of
Babylon), Babylon had taken
control of Jerusalem from Egypt. Therefore the head of gold upon
the image (Jerusalem)
begins with Babylon which was reigning at that time, though Egypt
had reigned over Jerusalem
before Babylon. The two wings on the lions (Babylons)
back in Dan.7:4, reveals that Babylon
(lion) was the second (two wings on the back of the lion) kingdom
to rule over Jerusalem.
Dan.2:32
This image's
(woman: Jerusalem) head was
of fine gold (Babylon, see Dan.2:38), his (her)
breast and his
(her) arms of silver
(Medo/Persia), his
(her) belly and his
(her) thighs of
brass (copper; Grecia and divided Grecia),
Dan.2:33
His
(her) legs of iron
(latter day Egypt), his
(her) feet part of iron and
part of clay
(latter day Babylon).
Dan.2:34
Thou sawest till that a
stone (Word made flesh) was cut out without hands, which smote
the image (statue) upon his (her) feet (latter
day Babylon) that were of
iron and clay
(political and religio confusion: latter day Babylon), and brake them to pieces.
The latter day Egyptian Beast which has no crowns upon its
horns in Rev.12:4 (being the legs
of iron in Dan.2:33) reigns before latter day Babylon. Latter day
Egypt began its reign before
latter day Babylon. Latter day Egypt began its reign from the
time the Great Christian Nation
became independent and continued until the Man-child began to
reveal the Seven Seals Scroll.
Thereafter latter day Egypt became united Babylon with crowned
horns in Rev.13:1, because
the Christian nations (political: iron) and the Christian
churches (religio: clay) rejected the Elijah
(Man-child) messenger who came to gather his Bride and warn the
inhabitants prior to the great
and dreadful day of Gods wrath.

LATTER DAY BABYLON |
KINGDOM OF GOD |
2Kin.23:35 And JEHOIAKIM gave the silver and the gold to Pharaoh; but he TAXED the land to give the money according to the commandment of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of every one according to his taxation, to give it unto Pharaoh-nechoh. | 2Kin.24:1 In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and JEHOIAKIM became his servant three years: then he turned and rebelled against him. | 2Chr.36:23 Thus saith Cyrus (type of the latter day Lamb) king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up. |
Dan.11:20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of TAXES (Egypt, see 2Kin.23:35) in the glory (Jerusalem) of the kingdom (Judah): but within few days he (latter day Egypt) shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle (latter day Babylon takes control fromlatter day Egypt peacefully). | Dan.11:21 And in his (Egypt) estate (Jerusalem) shall stand up a vile person (Babylon), to whom they (Jerusalem) shall not give the honour of the kingdom (old Jerusalem continually rebelled against Babylon): but he (latter day Babylon) shall come in peaceably (using deception), and obtain the kingdom (of later day Egypt) by flatteries (religio/political democratic ideals). | Dan.12:1 And at that time (latter days) shall Michael (latter day Cyrus) stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble (five months torment for the rebellious, see Rev.9:5), such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered (the 144,000 and Great Multitude), every one that shall be found written in the book (scroll of life). |
Dan.2:33 His (her) legs of iron (latter day Egypt), | Dan.2:33 his (her) feet part of iron (political) and part of clay (religious; latter day Babylon: Christendom). | Dan.2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone (Word made flesh) was cut out without (human) hands, which smote the image upon his (her) feet (latter day Babylon) that were of iron (political) and clay (religious), and brake them to pieces. |
Dan.2:40 And the fourth kingdom (fourth kingdom counting from old Babylon is latter day Egypt) shall be strong as iron (political power): forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these (previous kingdoms of gold, silver, and copper), shall it break in pieces and bruise. | Dan.2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron (political) mixed with miry clay (religion), they shall mingle themselves with the seed (false knowledge) of men (nations: horns): but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay (though Babylon is mixed religio/political, it remains fractured, just as mixing iron with clay). | Dan.2:44 And in the days of these kings (kingdoms) shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people (Gods Kingdom will remain), but it shall break in pieces and consume (burn in a lake of fire, see Rev.19:19-20) all these kingdoms, and it (Gods Kingdom) shall stand for ever. |
Dan.7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast (counting from old Babylon: lion), dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts (lion, bear, leopard) that were before it; and it (latter day Egypt: dragon) had ten horns (nocrowns upon its horns). | Dan.7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little (few people) horn, before whom (old Babylon) there were three (Edom, Moab, and Ammon, see Eze.25:8-14) of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn (latter day Babylon) were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth SPEAKING GREAT THINGS (against the Lamb and Chosen Vessel who sound the Seven Seals Scroll). | Dan.7:9 I beheld till the thrones (kingdoms of man) were cast down, and the Ancient of Days (I am: Yahweh) did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire (Gods throne within New Jerusalem shall reign at the Sixth Seal). |
LATTER DAY EGYPT |
LATTER DAY BABYLON |
GODS KINGDOM |
Dan.7:19 Then Iwould know the truth of the fourth (counting from old Babylon) beast (latter day Egypt), which was diverse from all the others (lion, bear, leopard), exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass (copper); which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; | Dan.7:21 I beheld, and the same horn (latter day Babylon) made war with the saints (those who believe the Hidden Manna/ Seven Seals Scroll), and prevailed (fulfilling the Fifth Seal of Rev.6:9-11) against them (Saints); | Dan.7:22 Until the Ancient of days (God, who sits on a throne) came (Sixth Seal), and judgment (fulfilling of Gods Word on the rebellious) was given to the saints (believers of Present Truth/New Light) of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. |
Rev.13:2 and the DRAGON (the title dragon in the first instance symbolizes Egypt, see Eze.29:3) gave him (latter day Babylon) his power, and his seat, and great authority. | Rev.13:7 And it was given unto him (latter day Babylon) to make war with the saints (Present Truth believers), and to overcome (fulfill the latter part of the Fifth Seal, see Rev.6:11) them: and power was given him (latter day Babylon) over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. | Rev.14:8 And there followed another angel (message given after the fivemonths of torment at the Sixth Seal), saying, Babylon (confusion: Christendom) is fallen (wounded again at the Sixth Seal), is fallen, that great city (capital of the Great Christian Nation), because she made all nations drink of the wine (democratic religio/political ideals) of the wrath of her (mother of whores) fornication. |
Dan.7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast (dragon) shall be the fourth kingdom (latter day Egypt) upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. | Dan.7:25 And he (latter day Babylon) shall speak great words against the most High (Word made flesh), and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and THINK to change times (times, times, half a time that Babylon continues for after it heals) and laws (the laws of prophecy in Gods Word): and they (Saints) shall be given into his hand until a time (360 days) and times (720 days) and the dividing of time (180 days, see Rev.13:5). | Dan.7:26 But the judgment (according to Gods Word) shall sit, and they (Saints) shall take away his (latter day Babylon) dominion, to consume (in a lake of fire) and to destroy it unto the end. |
Dan.11:5 And the king of the south shall be strong, and one of hisprinces; and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion shall be a great dominion. | Dan.11:6 And in the end of years (latter days) they (latter day Egypt and latter day Babylon) shall join themselves together (iron mixed with clay, see Dan.2:43); for the king's daughter (Jerusalem/woman riding the Beast, see Rev.17:3) of the south (latter day Egypt) shall come to the king of the north (latter day Babylon) to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he (old Egypt) that strengthened her (Jerusalem) in these times. | Dan.11:7 But out of a branch of her roots shall one (Cyrus the Medo/Persian king, who typifies latter day Cyrus: Man-child) stand up in his (Babylons) estate, which shall come with an army (Medes and Persians who also typify Gods army of Saints), and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north (Babylon), and shall deal against them, and shall prevail: |
LATTER DAY EGYPT |
LATTER DAY BABYLON |
GODS KINGDOM |
Rev.12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon (heavenly image of the earthly dragon of latter day Egypt prior to the Man-child being born), having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads (there are no crowns upon its horns, revealing that the ten horns had not received their kingdom to reign with the Beast of Babylon, see Rev.17:12. The dragon is symbolized as the image of Egypt, see Eze.29:3). | Rev.13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast (latter day Babylon) rise up out of the sea (nations), having seven heads (leading nations of Christendom) and ten horns (all nations with the Beast), and upon his horns ten CROWNS (the horns/iron, are reigning with the seven heads/clay, becoming latter day Babylon, see Rev.17:12), and upon his heads the name of blasphemy (Abomination; having rejected the Seven Seals Revelation). | Rev.19:20 And the beast (latter day Babylon) was taken, and with him the false prophet (Great Christian Nation; lamb-like Beast of Rev.13:11) that wrought miracles (see Rev.13:13,14) before him (latter day Babylon),with which he deceived them (rebellious) that had received the mark (wine cup) of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both (lamb-like Beast: Great Christian Nation and Babylonian Beast: all nations of confusion) were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. |
All latter day prophecies are written using the types and
scenarios of the past. Therefore all
prophetic Revelations of scripture will be based on the types of
the past. Babylon is named
as the last kingdom of man which reigns prior to Gods
kingdom. This means that the kingdom
which ruled Jerusalem in the past before old Babylon, typifies
the kingdom which reigns in the
latter days before latter day Babylon. In the past, old Egypt
ruled over Jerusalem before old
Babylon, the same applies in the latter days where latter day
Egypt (legs of iron, see Dan.2:33)
reigns before latter day Babylon (feet mixed with iron and clay,
see Dan.2:33).
The kingdom which reigned after old Babylon in the past, was
the kingdom of the Medes and
Persians under the rulership of king Cyrus. In the latter days,
the latter day Lamb (latter day
Cyrus) shall overthrow latter day Babylon, see Is.13:6,17,18.
Compare Jer.51:8 with Rev.14:8,
and Jer.51:45 with Rev.18:4, and Jer.51:13 with Rev.17:1, which
reveal latter day Babylon being
overthrown by latter day Cyrus (Man-child; Michael) with his
army(200,000,000 horses and
riders, see Rev.9:16,17) who are typified as Medes and Persians.
Is there a past type for the literal numbering of the 144,000 and the 200,000,000?
